Spiritual Seekers

Spiritual seekers are those who follow the path of self-discovery. The path can be a lifelong path or one sought as a result of a life-changing event, such as trauma.

A seeker is someone who always wants to know more, to the point where their mind becomes restless. If you’re a seeker you’re not just curious — you are defined by your curiosity. According to Jason, seeking isn’t just about observing and gaining knowledge, it’s about exploring the world.

What does it mean to be spiritual minded?having the mind set on spiritual things : filled with holy desires and purposes : spiritual.

spiritual mindset is not just about having a set of uplifting beliefs. Rather, it also refers to a set of spiritually aligned beliefs that influence your reactions and behavior. Your mindset is a frame of mind that helps you move towards a set of outcomes.

Spiritual beliefs include the relationship to a superior being and are related to an existential perspective on life, death, and the nature of reality. 11. Religious beliefs include practices/rituals such as prayer or meditation and engagement with religious community members.

Spiritual wellness provides us with systems of faith, beliefs, values, ethics, principles and morals. A healthy spiritual practice may include examples of volunteerism, social contributions, belonging to a group, fellowship, optimism, forgiveness and expressions of compassion.

Spiritual wellness not only allows you to seek meaning and purpose in human existence, but it also allows you to appreciate your life experiences for what they are. When you find meaning in your life experiences, you will be able to develop a harmony with your inner self and the outside world.

The shamans, healers, sages, and wisdom keepers of all times, all continents, and all peoples, in their ageless wisdom, say that human spirituality is composed of three aspects: relationships, values, and life purpose.

The mind body spirit are three pillars of holistic healing and manifesting your true desires. Together, these three always-entwined aspects of oneself – the physical, mental, and spiritual – combine to make us who we wholly are.

Prayer and spirituality have been linked to:

  • Better health.
  • Greater psychological well-being.
  • Less depression5
  • Less hypertension.
  • Less stress, even during difficult times6
  • More positive feelings.
  • Superior ability to handle stress.
