I Don’t Want to Feel….

No to Depression!
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and lack of interest, to the extent that it interferes with your daily life.

No to Anxiety ! – A mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one’s daily activities.

No to Emotional Pain- Psychological pain, mental pain, or emotional pain is an unpleasant feeling of a psychological, non-physical origin.

No to Stress -Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand.

No To A Broken Heart- You’d be heartbroken after a death, but you can also be heartbroken when you get dumped by your girlfriend or boyfriend. When someone is heartbroken, they are deeply sorrowful or distressed.

As humans, we do everything we can do to reduce our suffering , but pain can’t be avoided . How we handle and maintain our emotions is up to you.
